The Global Impact Sustainability for Minority Women (GISMW) Program
Write Choice Consulting Firm believes that all businesses deserve a chance to gain access to financial stability; allowing businesses to aid their surrounding communities. Write Choice Consulting Firm CEO Telena Paris also believes in women empowerment globally and is currently embarking on implementing and designing programming to help this initiative. Although we are a company that prides itself on helping all beings no matter color, creed, religion, gender, or sexual orientation; we also believe in creating programming that is valuable to different segments of its community.
Write Choice Consulting Firm has designed and developed a sponsorship program called the Global Impact Sustainability for Minority Women (GISMW). GISMW is a direct response to aid in the reduction of unemployment by promoting minority women entrepreneurs to become engines of economic growth in their communities. This program will aide in developing minority women business enterprises; by helping them gain access to competitive agreements, funding opportunities, grants, networks, community partnerships and support through executive professional training and mentorship opportunities. The program focuses on 6 main elements of sustainability:
- Organizational/Business Development
- Market Research
- Financial & Funding Education
- Mentorship & Coaching
- Business Management
- Executive & Professional Development Training
GISMW bases its approach with the understanding that businesses do not emerge in a single step and the fact that entrepreneurship is the accumulation of different linear and non-linear activities over time; there is a definite need for potential and current owners to gain access to methods and tools that can help with gaining knowledge to the process perspective for understanding entrepreneurship. The GISMW programming aims to help transform minority women entrepreneurs with their various organizational needs that aid them to prepare for growth, embrace executive or structural transitions and maximize operational efficiency.
